Dedication

Does the next generation have it?
My neighbor's daughter was with a company who offered a MBA. That's the equivalent of around $80,000. However, she chose to leave that company right after she recieved a highly lucrative offer. What does that say about her loyalty and apprecation for the company? Not much. Although it makes logical sense for her to accept that other offer, she displayed none of the commitment that is so crucial in an employee.
What about other areas of life?
Gang members. They are committed and dedicated to their gang. It makes them stronger and accepted. They are worth something because of their loyalty.
What is the difference between someone full of potential and someone who sees no potential that affects their loyalty?
